~What do you do to get a little "me time"? To unwind, destress and get your head on straight again?

~How often?

Mostly read or surf on-line. Kristen goes to her Dad's every Friday so I have Friday night to myself and tonight she is at riding so I have 90 min. at home to do what I wish. I don't really have a problem with this now that she's older. We both often do our own thing even when we are both home. And last weekend she got home from her Dad's at 2:00, went to her friend's for a sleepover at 4:30 and came home the next day at 4:00. So I had PLENTY of me time. LOL

I guess I just go online at night or whatever.

I don't get much time to myself. None actually. if Katie is with her Dad, Kurt is with me and if Kurt is doing something, Katie is with me.

I haven't seen a movie or gone to a club in years. Hmmm. Maybe my me time is getting my eyebrows waxed, but I wouldn't call that fun. lol

I recently joined the gym. I go three mornings a week and Mondays at 4:30 they have a body sculpting class i go to and Thurs nights i go to the step class. I am terrible at stepping but i enjoy it and it gives me a good workout.

I have to go to my mom's every evening to make sure she has taken all her meds for the day. Afterward I'll often hit a coffeeshop or go shopping for some "me" time.

What are you currently reading. I love to read. I read pretty well every day. Yesterday i finished a John Saul book and then i started a Joy Fielding book called "Charley's Webb". I also have 5 Jodi Piccoult books that i have just picked up from the library.

Does this board still have a book club?

I read.

I've been doing it quite often since I am HOOKED to a series right now. But I don't just read fiction (and I don't read adult novels--young adult), I read a lot of nonfiction, too.

Honestly----my me time is wrapped up in school work--I suppose in a round about way that is me time.
