How do you celebrate Valentine's Day in your house? Do you get something for your spouse? For your kids? Do anything special?

Just wondering. Haven't been a big VDay celebrator since we got married -- figuring our anniversary is more of a reason to celebrate, I guess. I will get dh a card, and maybe some small token gift, but I don't know what! I will give the kids each a big bag of candy and an iTunes gift card for the 12-yo, not sure what for the 8-yo.

We don't make a big deal out of V-day around here... DH & I just exchange funny cards & get Sherina a little stuffed animal or something...that's it.
Thanks to Kelly (mom2emsopmax) for my beautiful siggy! Photobucket

Its more of a big deal to the girls than DH & I, very commercial Hallmark holiday Valentine's has become ;-) Even before we had the girls DH & I weren't crazy about the crowds at the restaurants...we prefer to go out to a romantic dinner some other time now, lol

So I just buy him a card, sometimes a small gift, this yr maybe an iTunes GC. The girls I usually get a card & box of heart shaped chocolates.

I usually bake DH something sweet to take to work that day, and make him a special dinner. He always gets me a card and usually a little something sweet.
