she has been very disrespectful to me....... and i am tired of it. she needs to learn. i have taken everything away from her.......but she still does not care.... she does not want to do this or that.........ugh.
Oh goody. This is just what I need. My %$%^&&* car!!!!! Tuesday morning, first day back at work after my trip and it starts making this weird jerking on the highway and the check engine light comes on. Holy crap. I was one exit from my garage so I pulled off and took it there. They check it needs an air thingy, $480. Oh joy. I said I NEEDED a car since it was Kristen's concert so they said no problem, come back at 4:00 and we'll give you a rental. I get there and ooops, they gave all the rentals aways. ARRGGHH!!! The guy claimed it was safe to drive so I took it home and then returned it Wed. morning. Fine, I go pick it up, he tells me its all fixed and he knows I only want to keep it running for another 16-18 months and it was only $430 so I'm happy (well, relatively speaking). Get home, leave for riding lessons, I'm driving around looking for a Dollarstore after dropping Kristen off and .... it starts doing the exact same thing. Can you hear me screaming. So I start freaking out thinking I've already spent $1300 on the car in the last month, how many car payments is that for a new one? Can I afford a new one? Should I buy a used one? We are leaving for Rochester in two weeks to fly to Florida, I NEED a car and its not good to buy a car too fast without doing research. I'm completely freaked out. This morning on the way to work it seemed okay. I e-mailed them anyway and told them what happened (paper trail) so we'll see. It was also okay coming home but if it acts up again I'll freak. Whew. Vent over. LOL
On to another vent, Kristen tells me her ski lesson might not be until 1:00 tomorrow and they aren't allowed to ski without a lesson. It had better not be 1:00. If it is I'm going to demand half my money back because I'm not paying $80 for her to ski for 2 hours.
Next. Why does Kristen always end up with the crappy class? Many of the other classes are going to Quebec City or Toronto for year-end trips. What is her class doing? Going to the local university to play sports. Oh joy. How exciting is that? Last year they went bowling and to some place where they did sports games. She skipped her year-end field trip. Kristen suggested camping, cheap, I said I'd coordinate it all, but nope, a day at the
You can always let her face the consequences of not doing her work and saving stuff for the last mintue. That is what I would do with Gab.Now if it was truly homewrok overlaod and it had nothing to do with gabby not doing what she should I would help.I have helped her look up vocab words when she has a lot of math or papers do.
We had a project crisis when Gab squeezed a roll on glue stick too hard and has glue everywhere, she wa sim tears,by the grace of god it actually missed the project.
She is finishing up on her project now.
Doesn't Jackie stress about the amt of work and getting it done?
Gabby toatally wigs, not that she does not save stuff until the last min.
Did she honestly have enough time to do the work,or did the eacher over load her?
Good luck getting her started,I am sure once she starts she will be fine.
She would hate me because homework stops at 9 pm at our house, too many tears if it doen't
A brief vent: It is going to freaking snow again tonight, a lot... Which means there will be another snow day tomorrow... Which sucks for SO MANY REASONS, including a.) I won't get to work out. b.) My kids will be together, fighting, all day, along with probably half the neighborhood. c.) We will have to make up this snow day during the week we are going to the beach -- beach house already paid for.
