The little tree in the family room.
Hey there. Well, got the kids off to school and had a lazy morning. I usually take Wednesdays as my lazy day. But the laziness is over. I chose to not clean my kitchen floor earlier this week and really need to get it done. Tim and I took a lunch together and he just left after dropping me off. I think I may run out to Starbucks, I think I may have another free coffee available on another card but since it's connected to an old meial address and can't remember my log in info for it I don't know. I finished decorating our small tree in the family room. It's so cute, I love this tree. It's all mine, no meaning in the ornaments I find really small cute ones to put on it, don't need to consult anyone about it. LOL The kids and I will be going to my moms after school for a bit and then home for homework and dinner.
Dinner will be that roast I decided to not cook yesterday.
Have an interview tomorrow with a non-profit. Becca was excited- I've had to tell her many times that it is a NON-proft- so I'm not going to be making tons of money (if I take this job- it would require me to drive around to prisons in the area and work with inmates transitioning out of the system so that they don't re-offend and come back). The HR person called yesterday- but I wanted to give dh a heads-up to what I might be getting into. Not that he has a say in what I want to do- but I wanted to discuss this job. He thought it sounded neat- we had a friend at a previous church who did this on the state level (I had forgotten about that)
Hm- I wonder. I'd have to look into this- but I wonder if my student loans could be forgiven if I did this for a few years. Need to look that one up.
So I'm trying to think about what to make for dinner. If I make soup again- it'll be the 4th day in a row that we've had it. But dh has church tonight until whenever. Becca's got Regional Orchestra rehersal tomorrow night so she won't be home. And I want to make something that we can just heat up tomorrow since this interview's at 3:30
