Well, if someone wants to start a new thread for me, if they can, feel free to. The boards will let me reply to stuff, but I can't start a new thread...
I had a productive day. Got the kids to school and Tim to work. His car was still at the auto shop so I had to take him in since I needed to keep my car. I got the kitchen cleaned up and the floors vacuumed. After a short nap I got myself together and after a few tweets with the girls about how they were feeling I ran and dropped a few things at the thrift store, grabbed lunch, put gas in my car, ran and picked up a gift at Walmart and then to Kohls for a few more gifts. Had just enough time to drop things at home and grab the mail. Then was back out to pick the girls up from school. Was home for a bit and Tim called ready to come home early. So I picked him up where he informed me he though we should do counseling. Finally! But it also scares me. Anyway, we went to see about his car since every time he called today it went to a fax machine. He ended up picking it up and after dinner went to work out. Katie hasn't been feeling too good the last few days so she will be staying home tomorrow and possibly Friday. Natalie is fine, she has had a change in meds to a bit stronger and hard to say if they are helping better. I think she hasn't been feeling to well herself so she has been pretty mellow the last few days. Matthew had a bit of homework and yippy skippy a new project. I told him to not wait till the last minute to get it done. He says he's been working on gathering info the last two days. We shall see. *sigh*
Dinner was leftovers.
<p>I am catching what the kids and DH have. Cant really slow down though. Had a busy day at work and for the next 2days I have classes to cover during IEPs. We just had dinner and I have to run DS to a concert at school. If it wasn't so foggy, I would just let him drive himself. I may just let him drive over and then I will just go back and pick him up, he needs the experience, I just want one of us in the car with him the first time he attempts it. Tonite I have to tidy up a bit, we have Boy Scours coming over tomorrow night for some Eagle Scout thing. Hope to be done in time to watch Modern Family.
Hi everyone. I have an ear infection and am home sick today. I slept most of the day til 1pm. Thankfully no kid activities or anyplace to be tonight
Ian is at school, Kayleigh's at school and I'm sure she's staying after for something.
I'm just resting, watching tv, maybe going to make some tea and soup. Not sure if I'll go in tomorrow or let the antibiotics work another day. I have plenty of sick time, but I know our classroom does not run as smoothly with substitutes - but I also don't feel it's right to go into work if I will be grumpy with the kids.
How did it get to be less than 3 weeks til Christmas? Yikes! I wonder when exactly the inlaws will plan on coming. I still need to do all my wrapping and get cards.
I'm hoping to feel well enough later to make dinner. I was planning on a fettucini dish with sausage and kale.

Well, we had a fun filled day/evening planned, but... DH is on the verge of being sick with a scratchy throat, my hip and leg need hourly stretching and change in postion to keep the pain at bay so I switched out seats t next week and toight will eb al zy at home evening. DS does have bowling this afternoon which I will take him to. Poor DH needs to rest and nap since his travel schedule is nutty for the next 3 weeks and it would stink to be sick while on the road and in the air.
I am waiting to hear back from Zeph's favorite professor. His community ed classes disappeared from the last college he taught at and reappeared at another local college. This one isn't homeschool or under typical age friendly so I am hoping he can pull some strings to get Zeph in to his class.
Buffy is suppose to spend the next 2 nights at the pet sitters and I hate to cancel. I know the sitter is counting on the money, but i really have no reason for her to go. I'm sure she'll have fun and it will be a good expereince.
Zeph is working on school and I've got laundry going.
Good morning ladies. DH got up and took the kids to breakfast and school for me as I got up late this morning. I have a few small things to do today, a few errands on lunch, and then a chiropractor appt afer work tonight. I have paperwork and laundry to do also, and I better figure out dinner soon. DH was unpleasant last night when I didn't have something in mind and already ready to prepare for whatever reason. The kids asked for hot dogs last night, maybe we'll have them tonight, though they are frozen, maybe I can defrost some in the microwave and throw them on the grill.
Have a great one!
