Good morning ladies, its Wednesday, how are you today?
Good morning ladies. Madison must have a bit of a bug, I went in to get her up this morning and she had messed through her diaper last night and never woke up. The girls' room stunk, so I had to put her in the shower real quick and strip her bed down. The daycare said a 24 hour vomiting bug is going around. I am crossing my fingers she doesn't get the vomitting part of it... I am also not feeling great, the lymph nodes in my neck are swollen and hurt and my throat is sore. We'll see how the day goes. I have a conference call at noon and I need to run to the grocery store for peas and garlic for dinner, and I need to hunt me down some soup. I have a chiropractor appointment after work and paperwork and laundry to do tonight when I get home.
Dinner is chicken stir fry and fried rice. Have a great one!
Morning. Got the kids off to school alright. Still raining. Look at my cover photo on Facebook if you are on my friends list. LOL The Ark! LOL It's been raining for three days now and it's freezing outside but not freezing rain so that is a plus. I am listening to radio stations trying to win my Natty girl Justin Bieber tickets. Things I do for my kids. I want to take her so bad. Wish we could afford the $272 tickets that are still available. Can you beleive that? It'd cost me over $500 to take her to that darn concert. How ridiculous! Anyway, today I am hoping to get to the post office. I have a few phone calls to make and appointments to make. I will be doing some laundry too. We are excited, Tim and I. We refinanced our house and will have an extra $230 every month to add to another bill plus we will be able to skip a house payment for a month so all of that willpay off two bills we have and what we were paying into that plus the $230 will go into another bill, that will be over $500 into one bill. It's exciting cause we see a light at the end of this long tunnel we have been in for years. We just might be able to get a new car next year or at the end of this year even. We just need to be patient.
Dinner tonight I think we are going to go out. We need a change of pace, get us all out and away from the house in the evening.
I am tired. DH said I woke up screaming in the middle of the night. Scared the crap out of him and the pups. I don't remember it at all, but I am not well rested.
Very frustrated that my tickets for the opera have not shown up. Not as stuffy as it sounds-we're seeing Hansel and Gretel, though it is in German. Turns out, I put ournew adress on my order form, but they didn't update it in their computer. The tickets were not forwarded or in our old mailbox. The show is tomorrow. The education department is not pleasant to deal with. I need to call them at 9. We have tickets to see Oklahoma in May. I hope that goes more smoothly.
Zeph has a full day of schoolwork with bowling in the middle of the day. One of his friends (mom is my friend) joined the league so I'm looking forward to visiting with her. Dinner tonight is something DH requested-dressing, chicken and veggies mashed with creamy soup-not to my liking at all. He has a ton of travel coming up all with eating out so I know he appreciates some comfort food. I'll be having salad. Tonight feels like a game night.
Just got he news that MIL is visiting for 5 days in March. I'm not sure if she's staying with us that entire time or part us and part SIL. When they left, she said we could get rid of any of the stuff she left in the house- what she calls high end decorations. Well I got rid of it all and I'm sure she's going to be hurt which was not my intention just not to our taste and I don't like clutter. I do want to get one of the bathrooms and the fireplace painted before she comes. Fingers crossed for a large commission check. Hoping DH will be in town for her visit.
Hi all. It's a snow day today. Got about 3 inches overnight. They were originally calling for ice or more snow, but nothing happened during the day. I know the roads were not safe this morning, but I'm still disappointed. This will come off of our spring break. Kayleigh is relieved to have a day where she got to sleep in a little, catch up on some work and have a break from rehearsals. I'm just reading, catching up on tivo'd shows, etc.

Yes, thank goodness the kids have next Monday off. After having performances Friday night, Saturday afternoon and night, Sunday afternoon and then the cast party, Kayleigh will need Monday to get all of her homework and studying done!
This is huge! Two things, #1. Natalie is doing laundry!!!! WooHoo!! I know, so what, but since it has been over a month since she has washed a thing this is huge. I did not know she had enough undies to last her that long. I bet she has some of Kates in her drawer cause Katie runs out really fast. LOL I know nasty, I can't believe she waited so long. I refuse to wash it for her anymore cause she would have me wash and rewash things she never put away or wore and it was a waste of my time and the money I spent on soap, water and electricity to wash them over and over for no reason. So, I stopped washing her clothes. Maybe she will learn to appreciate my time and our money it takes to do her laundry.
#2. This one is really HUGE!!!! Tim ordered me tickets to the Bon Jovi concert in Nashville for March!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to go so bad and since they haven't been printed and mailed yet he decided to tell me tonight!! I was so excited!! LOL Can't wait!!!
