Good morning ladies, how is everyone today?
Good morning! Busy day ahead, I have several projects I am working on for work. I also have to get Jordyn's revised submission video in the mail for a scholarship app and DH's invoices mailed, so a trip to the post office on lunch will happen. I will likely also run to the grocery store for a few things. Nothing planned for tonight as of right now other than cleaning and laundry. Not sure what's for dinner yet, we ended up having pizza last night because it was a long day and DH and Jordyn weren't home and I didn't feel like cooking. I need to get on the ball again with menu planning and freezer meals.
Have a great day!
Good morning. I am tired, but doing all right today. DD called yesterday afternoon to remind us that it was Parents' Night at the girls basketball game last night and that the cheerleaders would be recognized. In all the confusion of the past week or so, I completely forgot about that. So DH and I went to that, then I had to wait up for DS to get home from his away game in "Frostbite Falls". DH had to be at the office early this morning for an all-day conference call that started at 7:30 A.M. DD came into the kitchen and announced that she was sick, and I was late getting DS to school because my car sat outside last night. We are trying to nurse the Expedition back to health so we can drive Bible Quest kids. It will start, but needs a new battery. DH bought one yesterda and went to replace it, but couldn't get the bolt off that's holding it in because it is so rusted. So I've got to take the Expedition to the Ford dealership and have them do it. We are short two adults for Bible Quest today. Blech. We also have soup supper and Lenten services this evening, and I have to make sure DS and his friend get from basketball to church and Confirmation. And somewhere in there, I have to do my schoolwork.
Hi everyone, hope it was a good day for you. Only two more wakeups, yay!
Ian had a regular school day. He didn't stay for extra help in science, so if he does badly on his test tomorrow, he will be facing consequences. Kayleigh had school and something afterward, not sure what
Work was pretty hectic today. The teacher that I work with lost her dad last night. She was in today to get us set up for the next five school days, when she will be out. On top of that, all the kids were badly behaved today. After work, I went to a workshop. I'm also supposed to be at a training tomorrow, we were told weeks ago that it would be an all day thing, this was confirmed yesterday and now they are telling us it's 8:45-11:15. I am taking the rest of the day off.
Tonight, macaroni and cheese with salad, and then hopefully having a mostly relaxing evening, maybe clean off my desk too
