Good morning ladies, its Wednesday, how are you today?
Good morning! So far so good this morning, got the kids up and off to school, made them a hot breakfast, even if Emma did refuse it, got coffee and here I am at work. I have a few small projects I am working on. I need to see if I can find a time to fit a meeting in with my boss in her schedule today. i have a telephone conference at 1:00 today. Tonight, not a lot. Jordyn is cat sitting for the next 5 days, so tonight and tomorrow night she's staying at their house after work so I won't see her until Friday at some point. I put chicken noodle soup in the crock pot, we'll see how it turns out. Laundry and invoicing tonight for DH.
Have a good one!!
I'm feeling rather stressed. How is it May next week? I have completely lost track of time. I just got an email about an all day field trip 2 hours away that is next week. I had no idea it was next week. Turns out we also have a play next week plus 4 nights of outside activities. Mothers Day is around the corner as is his birthday. I'm not feeling on top of things.
DH has some errands to run today and I think I am going to send DS along so I can have a couple of hours at home alone to refocus. Other than that a normal school and housework day. Tennis is tonight if the courts dry off.
Morning. Today is a normal morning again for us. Matthew is developing a better routine now that school is almost out and he'll be shooting all to crap sleeping late. But anyway. We are expecting a nice bit of rain real soon. They say a storm is moving in but it shouldn't be to terrible. We skipped the parent meeting for upcoming 8th graders last night. I was too tired. We ran all over this campus getting signitures for airline tickets for a couple of people to attend a conference. Once the tickets are ordered we have less then 24 hours to get them paid for, otherwise we start all over. Then after work my mom had called and needed help picking up an extension ladder she had bought. That sucker was huge and I had to tie it to the top of my car. I didn't like that one little bit. So we bought dinner out and took a lazy evening. Tonight, who knows. Something always comes up so I am sure we will need to do something. But right now, nothing is planned.
Those pork chops I didn't cook last night will be for dinner tonight.
I'm felling a bit better. I invited my mom and grandma over for a Mother's Day lunch and planned the menu. I deicded on hanging baskets as gifts. I made a list of cards I need to buy for the next few months. I made reservations for Fathers Day brunch, but still need to invite my dad. I'm sure he'll want to come. I have sorted out tennis and bowling conflicts and added the break dance class to my planner. I have sorted through the school emails and have the remaining end of year field trips written donw in the planner too. We've kind of figured out birthday plans. I'm waiting to hear back from my parents to finalize. On paper, it all appears doable. Now to tackle the house and decide on any summer classes.
Hi everyone, hope it was a good day for you. It's a gorgeous day here, sunny and about 70 degrees.
Kayleigh had a regular school day and then went with her Bff to watch her brother's lacrosse game. Ian had math state testing so he was happy to come home with no homework.
I went on a trip with my first graders to an outdoor environmental education center. Kids had a great time, but now I sure am tired. Making breakfast for dinner - eggs, bacon, hash brown patties. I feel an early crash coming on later
