Hi everyone, checking in late for Wednesday. It was a busy day.

Ian had a regular school day. Kayleigh had school, stayed after for something, came home and cycled, and then dropped off her rabbit with our rescue friend who is taking him to be neutered today.

It was a really busy day at work. Our classroom teacher is out for the remainder of the week because her daughter is in the hospital.  I was the sub for the morning.  The kids were a little antsy.  The afternoon was calmer for me because I push into a mainstream class with one of our students.  After work, I came home and did cooking and some chores, then spent the evening just relaxing, reading and catching up on some tivo'd shows. If anyone is looking for a good read, I'm really enjoying "TUrn of Mind"

Love the rings Chelle, they are wonderful! I saw Rush several years ago. My brother is a huge Rush fan, me not so much, but whoever he was supposed to go with at the time backed out on him and no one else wanted to go, so I went. That was back when we were living in Michigan. I have to say, even though I am not a big Rush fan, it was one of the best concerts I've ever been to.

Here is a picture of the rings we ordered the girl for their birthday. I am hoping you can figure out the meaning.  Two hearts, and their birthstone.  Their two little heartbeats are the first thing we saw on the ultrasound screen finding out we were expecting twins. Theynweremon sale then I got 30% off the sale price. Not a bad deal.  I took the day off of work for drs appointments. Tim and I had lunch and I shopped for cell phone service. Picked up a prescription also. Tim and Matthew are going to Nashville for a Rush concert. I was going to go but I asked Matthew last night again to make sure he did or didn't want to go. He decided to go.  The girls and I will do something fun I think.

we aren't on a contract any longer, and I don't want to get into a new one since we plan on moving in less than 4 months, I may just suck it up for one more month and then cancel altogether around June 1st or something. We have the next package up from the basic, but we have 3 receivers, 2 of them have DVR, we get a credit for the plan receiver, but its just ridiculous at this point what we pay. I suppose we could get rid of the one receiver in the living room where the apple tv is hooked up, that's the only downfall of the apple receiver, you have to buy one for each tv, we have 3 tv's. Jordyn's tv doesn't have the ports or whatever the apple tv needs, so if we get rid of satellite she's out of luck for tv in her room at all. It shouldn't be much of a problem come summer because she'll be gone working a lot, and a lot of them are overnight trips and when she is home, she can use her DVD player or computer or kindle to watch stuff.

It is Direct TV.  Since we watch little during the summer, why pay for it?  It was called a vacation hold and it will extend our 2 year contract by 3 months.  We have the basic package at $55 per month plsu $10 for a HD receiver.  I know prices differ depending on location.

Beautiful day out.  I got up semi early, put a stew in the crock pot and curled my hair.  I have a few projects to work on today at work.  possibly a few errands for lunch or maybe a walk, we'll see.  Tonight, laundry and cleaning, possibly a bit of paperwork for DH.

Have a good one!

Heather, do you have direct tv by any chance?  I need to call them.  We bought Apple TV and I just signed up for a 30 day trial of amazon prime.  I really just want direct tv for the local channels mostly, but from what my brother said, they don't have any small packages.  I need to call them, but I am wondering if putting it on hold for a few months might be a good idea.  I need to do more research

It was warm at night.  We slept wih windows open. I love falling asleep to a breeze.

I woke up to a bright sunny morning and it is already warm out!  This morning is school and housework but I think we'll do school on the deck.   After lunch is the last homeschool bowling.  This was a fun activity and I hope it works with our schedule next year.  Pork chop packets on the grill are for dinner, but we will need to eat early to make it to tennis.

No plans for tonight.  I put our satellite service on hold for the next 3 months.  I mostly watch it in the evenings, so I guess I can use my time for something productive instead.
