I got my car back finally this morning!  Yay!  It was so nice to run my errands in my smoke free car.  Tims car smells like cigarettes.  Bleh!  Matthew has had a great stress free play games all day kind of day.  No chores, no demands and I guess he threw in no shower.  Sigh,oh well.  Maybe I can get him in there tonight. LOL

Also, update on nephews wife.  Tim told me they have had issues feeling like thier kids are left out, I know what he's talking about but they seperate themselves from the family group.  So, it's thier own doing.  She totally over reacted and to be honest I do not need anymore family drama and am thinking of staying home and not going to Ohio.  I have had enough to last me a lifetime and I do not need crap from Tim's side too.  Told her so.

Hi everyone. It was a hectic but good day at work for me.  After work, I went food shopping

Kayleigh had an awesome day, of course she posted the good news about her acceptance and scholarship on FB so she was getting many congrats and got to tell her guidance counselor and favorite teacher.

Ian had a regular school day.

We don't have any special plans for the evening. I picked up a rotisserie chicken, per Ian's request, he is building a fire. I am going to relax. Ian is packing for his scout campout

Tomorrow morning, we are all going to a scout breakfast. After, I plan to go buy a couple of holiday gifts and then come home and clean for a while.  Ian and Dh will be going straight to a scout overnight campout from the breakfast. Kayleigh is having 2 or 3 friends over for dinner tomorrow night, I am making tacos.

No plans yet for Sunday.

Hi everyone!  Just checking in.  I have been working my heinie off between school and Bible Quest and trying to keep the house from looking like an episode of Hoarders...

DH is at deer camp for the weekend and the kids left for the Northeastern Minnesota Synod Middle School Gathering (they are part of the group that organizes this event) yesterday afternoon, so it's just the dogs and me at home this weekend.  I'm getting some cleaning and laundry out of the way tonight.  I also plan to color my hair, paint my nails and watch "The Help" so I can write a comparison essay of the movie and the book for my College Writing class.   Tomorrow I am hoping to get a large portion of a project completed, and Sunday I will probably work on science.  Currently getting all As (hurray), and I am registered for spring semester with College Writing II, Astronomy, Digital Photography, and Sociology.  All my classes will be online except for College Writing, so that will cut down significantly on the amount of driving I will have to do.

Also, what in the world happened to the boards?  I've been trying to get on with my iPad with no success, and it was like pulling teeth to get here tonight on my laptop.

OMGosh!!! Tim's nephews wife is making a big deal out of a post I posted on our family FB page. I was letting his brother and SIL know how much K & N were looking forward to seeing their girls. No, I did not say, "Hey J & L, K & N are ......." But obviously directed to them. So she PMs and says that her oldest is on FB now may get her feelings hurt to see no one is looking forward to seeing her and that maybe it should be looking forward to everyone. I have been saying that but K & N are talking a lot about seeing these three cousins a lot. I told her it was all said in innocence and nothing was meant by it, that K & N are looking forward to these cousins and they don't know her girls very well. (We won't mention the fact that her oldest is 14 and can probably handle it and probably understand better then her mom and the fact that it's a closed group and her daughter can't see any posts, she's not a member of the group.) Geez, I think nephews wifey is getting HER feelings hurt.

Morning.  Tim is home today, so I took Matthew to school.  Later I ran back to the school and picked up Matthew's proof of enrollment form so he can take his driving permit exam on Monday.  Got some good advice to go to a Town not too far away to do it cause they have mor machines and you get in and out pretty quick.  Not too much going on today, I didn't get my car back yesterday so hopefully today.  I am suppose to have lunch with my mom but Tim wants to keep the car so I need to see if she can come and get me.  I hate asking her to do that.  Anyway...what can I do?

Saturday is Matthew's 15th birthday and I am cooking him a Thanksgiving meal for his dinner.  My mom will come over and we will be passing out gifts I suppose.  Then we are going to watch the Movie Tarzan per Matthew's request.  13 years ago I took him to see it and it was his first movie to ever see.  It's a special movie to us, it also has a song in it that speaks from my heart to him that I get all mushy over.  LOL

Sunday will be the down day to our crazy Saturday.  LOL  Probably some raking again like last weekend.

Good morning ladies.  DH left last night for an all day job out of town today.  So I had both kids this morning.  Jordyn had a pep rally at school for play offs and (hopefully) was getting up when I left this morning.  I am only working a half day, we have the afternoon off for the bad traffic for the first F1 race to be held in the city this weekend and all the festivities around it.  I am going to stop and pick up a christmas present or two, get my eye brows waxed and go home to get some work done around the house.  Then I am going to pick up Emma and take her to the store to pick up a gift for the birthday party she is going to tomorrow, pick up Madison and then we are going home for  a quick dinner.  Tonight Emma's school is having a movie night, so we're going to see that.  Jordyn has a play off game to attend 2 hours away, they are leaving school early, stopping for dinner at Chili's then to the game.

Tomorrow, Jordyn has to work from 1-5, Emma has a birthday party from 12-2:30, and I am hoping to coordinate all that around a garage sale at the house to get rid of a bunch of stuff before the holidays.  Hoping DH and I can go grocery shopping tomorrow evening.

Sunday, football and chores.  Jordyn's mini level 2 team is competing on Sunday, so she's traveling down with one of the other coaches for that competition.  I need to find out if she gets paid an hourly rate for going to these competitions or if she just gets a bonus at the end of the season.

Have a great one!!

Good morning.  DH and I are going over our calendars for the next 2 weeks.  He happily found my cell phone after tracking it down using the GPS. I didn't even know it was missing-oops.  We'll start school in a bit and then it's off to bowling practice this afternoon.  Tonight DH and Zeph are attending an event called Physics Slam where 5 physicists have 12 minutes each to put  together a poetic, humorous, engaging presentation of their branch of physics.  At the end the audience will vote who wins.  It looks to be a clever evening and I wish I could go but Buffy doesn't handle alone well.   Eventually she will.

Zeph has a science class in the morning.  I'll be working on the house.  DH WILL go to Goodwill and then wipe clean my parents computer since I have someone picking it up on Monday.  I have lots of housekeeping to do and a holiday grocery list to make.  The yard needs one more mow for the year.  We plan on having a family movie night.

Sunday, DH has to bring our old surround sound system/receiver to my SIL.  Once we shuffle some storage containers, one car should fit in the garage!  More cleaning and for me.  DH and Z are taking a physics class on udacity and they have an experiment to do outside and a wrap up lesson to watch afterwards.

Oh, I also need to see if I can hunt down a bakery that won't cost me an arm and a leg to get a cake for Jordyn's "official signing of her letter of intent" that she is doing Monday morning at school. She wants a cake and balloons. I can do balloons, I don't know if I can do them to float on a Monday morning, but I can do it and matching plates for the cake. just need to get a cake and my normal bakery isn't open on Mondays, I'll have to see if they are open on Sunday for me to order and pick it up or not.
