Louisville lawyer faces 6 months in jail for refusing to reveal client's name

The client is a minor. Isn't there some code of ethics? Why would they demand he reveal his client? Which law takes presidence? Parental neglect or confidentiality?

I think the Attorney is correct and Judge is out of line. Two different things. If Attorney told client she would not give out her name, then she has to go by that. I as a school bus driver can't use names I can tell you what the kiddo's on the bus are doing. Just can't name names.
