Even our the lady from NY lies about healthcare and uses a tragic story to scare people (regarding healthcare), uses a dead woman's situation for her own gain, and posibly leads some to believe pregnancy, while it has risks, is more dangerous than what it is.

The real story:

Is it acceptable for a woman to try to use our emotions and fears to garner support?

Sure, there could be a fertilized egg that was defective or that did not implant, causing a pregnancy.

LOL, I expected that point to be brought up - and it is true.

I think many prolifers like to think abortion occurs due to a frightened little woman they can go in and save. When many times, it is a strong woman who makes a choice based on many factors. Sure, fear may be a factor in a small segment - but I doubt it's a major player.

Yes but often it implanted and just didn't stay there. That does a pregnancy make by your definition as implantation occurred.

Really this is a ridiculous argument but I am in a mood lol

Sure, if it implanted it was a pregnancy.

I have a medical degree.

A miscarriage is a non-elective abortion.

Same thing. Apples to apples sweetie.

a miscarriage is more correctly (medically speaking) called a spontaneous abortion.
