I wont post the pics here, feel free to see the above link which contains drawings of a partial-birth abortion at 24 weeks gestation.

Even if the child had abnormalities that would cause it to die upon birth, I would carry that baby to term.

Thank you! It is "perfect", isn't it.

~Had adoption been necessary for me, I would consider that child my own too but I wanted to exhaust all efforts at biological children because I wanted to experience pregnancy...silly me. :o)~

As I said, I understand that you preferred IVF rather than adoption, and I have some compassion and understanding re: such a

"I just dont see an unfortunate situation as a reason to abort. Carry the child and GIVE IT UP. At least let it live. I dont feel it is the mother's right to decide the fate of the child's life."

So, is it some kind of argumentative myopia that makes it so you can tell other people what to do with their embryos regardless of their situations, but other people must take your situation into consideration when telling you what to do with yours?

Or is it a double-standard? Or hypocrisy?

"Even if I had to sell my body to survive."

You're not really suggesting that women who are trying to leave an abusive relationship turn to prostitution as a way of making ends meet, are you? Talk about unwanted pregnancies.

If the child is dead, how are you helping it by putting your own body through the birth process? It's DEAD. There is nothing you can do for it, so why not make things easier on yourself?
