"Laci's Law"
Sun, 02-01-2009 - 12:17am

After the Laci Peterson murder trial, they passed a law which I think they called “Laci’s Law”…which makes the person who murders a pregnant woman guilty of the murder of her unborn child. So I believe that government has recognized the unborn as a legitimate person.

Any thoughts?

It was a bad law passed as a backdoor attempt to turn over Roe.

First, it's Connor's Law ( not adress you spencer w/ that part)

Second, in cases like Laci's where the *fetus* IS old enough to reasonably survive outside the womb then ABSOLUTELY one should be charged with the murder of 2 people.

~Laci's Law~

You may be confusing this with Lacy's Law, which is in re: to not impersonating police officers.

I can guarantee that Laci would be happy to know it was considered murder of her son.
