"I believe there is no need to abort, not for any reason what so ever."

I suppose the mother's life is a piddling excuse to you then? Again, where I come from, we call that pro-death, not pro-life.

well maybe if the child has already died in the womb, but that’s not considered abortion because the child is already dead) People ask what if the baby has a disability and their life will be too difficult for them, that is no exemption, a baby is a baby no matter what.>>>

I think a good product would be "Baby Duck Hat". It's a fake baby duck, which you strap on top of your head. Then you go swimming underwater until you find a mommy duck and her babies, and you join them. Then, all of a sudden, you stand up out of the water and roar like Godzilla. Man, those ducks really take off! Also, Baby Duck Hat is good for parties.

When Gary told me he had found Jesus, I thought, Yahoo! We're rich! But it turned out to be something different.

In other words, to control people.

That is what I think this all comes down to-controlling other people's lives.

Then why are there tens of thousands of children available for adoption?

even though I do not believe in purely elective abortion I have to say that blurb is VERY short sighted.

A while back I had an ectopic. I aborted. A few days later I was in horrible pain and went to the hospital. Turns out my abortion had failed and my tube ruptured. I was bleeding out internally and had been for a few hours (i have a pretty high pain threshold). I was given 2 options have a surgical abortion or die.

See it is easy to say that all abortion is wrong but I have a little news flash for you. If the MOTHER dies that fetus is dead as well. There ain't no saving a fetus that is trying to live in a dead uterus. You can scream wrong and murder all you want but the reality is all your stance does is kill two people instead of one ...... Congratulations

As far as severely disabled babies have you spent much time around them? Have you witnessed their deaths? Have you went to their funerals and tried to console their parents? How is it good to give a human being less consideration that you would give a pet?? If you cat had kittens and one was severely deformed and in chronic pain you would have it euthanaised. We can't do that to people though so a mothers only option is to abort before hand. And you know what I would never deny a mother the chance to make that decision because by the time you get far enough along in pregnancy to know about these kind of defects the mother has basically decided to carry. If she is reversing that decion and abortion a pregnancy she wanted I HIGHLY doubt it is on a whim, in fact I would put money on the fact she was trying to do what is in her offspring's best interest! (your mothers cousins, best friends, bible group leaders, sister not withstanding)
