I should probably be shot for even bringing this up for debate......but I've known most of you guys for a while and I feel safe here for the most part..oddly safer then on any other board here even the so called *support* boards.

No problem. He was a micro preemie, 16 weeks early, shortly after birth he had a grade 4 IVH (brain hemorrhage that literally destroyed one whole side of his brain). Fortunately he seemed to be coping with that fine for about 9 weeks and was coming off most of his life support and meds. Then for reasons unknown he experienced massive liver failure and developed NEC (an illness that kills your bowels common for preemies in the first 5 weeks). In a span of three days he went from talk of being out of the woods to having passed away and we still have no clear answers as to why.
