South Dakota Moves To Legalize Killing Abortion Providers

If the bill passes, it could in theory allow a woman's father, mother, son, daughter, or husband to kill anyone who tried to provide that woman an abortion—even if she wanted one.

that is crazy. Honestly if someone were to try to harm our unborn child DH or I woudl quite possibly kill them in an effort to stop them even without this particular bill. I would rather take my chance in court than possibly legalize cold blooded murder

There is no logic at all in legalizing the murder of a medical provider of a legal procedure.

That is outrageous! No abortions but kill doctors who help women thru this terrible & traumatizing procedure? What the hell is up in the west??
I see they've amended this article to make this something harder to interpret in this law. I think the Federal government would step in before this could happen either. At least I hope so!
