Should Mississippi pass the Personhood Amendment today?

Mississippi voters are going to the polls today to decide on "Initiative 26", which is titled the Mississippi Personhood Amendment

If passed, it would be an ammendment to the state's constitution that would to give full legal rights to fertilized human eggs at the moment of conception.

What do you think about this? Good or bad idea?

Even if it does pass, it seems like it would be overturned in court b/c it overrides a Supreme Court decision on abortion rights.
