""Although, if that is your joint decision, then why not have him get a vasectomy or you a tubal?""

Not directed at me, but I will say this: getting a tubal is not as easy as you might think. I'm having considerable difficulty finding a doctor who will even discuss it with me, let alone perform it (I'm childless and under 30).

I'm surprised at how much difficulty you are having with getting a tubal. I had one at 22 after the birth of my son. My GYN didn't want to do it, stating I might change my mind and want more children. I was adamant. I told her if she doesn't do it, I will find someone who will. She did and I never regretted the decision. I guess it's the fact you are childless that makes it so hard for you...My heart goes out to you. Good luck.

In my last post to hhasrescue, I went back and read it, and can't figure out how to edit it, but I just wanted to let you know that that was a positive post to you. It sounds like I was being negative, but I didn't mean to come off like that. I like what you wrote to that guy that posted and I was trying to make a point that even though I consider abortion murder and you don't see it as murder, we still agree that we decide for ourselves what is and what isn't. I just think it's great (and kind of ironic) that two people that have very different view points on a subject can agree with a subject that is so similar. Anyway, just wanted to clarify the tone of that post.

this is SSSSOOOOO OT, but... I am preggo, and I guess my brain isn't functioning to it's full capacity, and I'll probably feel stupid, but I have to ask... what does "I've got all five senses and I slept last night, that puts me six up against the lot of you." mean? I know it's probably right in my face, but I can't seem to make sense of it right now.

thanks :)

It's the fact that I'm childless as well as being under 30.
