I can see this being helpful if you are having problems and need to keep track for a while. But on a regular, day-to-day thing, I think it might make you crazy!Too obsessed on how often, how long.

I know some thrive on numbers and data and it might work for them. But I think BFing works best when it is allowed to just happen ( when all else is working fine) - no clocks, no schedules, no timing.

ITA, for special needs cases where you need to track things more carefully then it may be of use but not for the average mom who may get to hung up how long/ how often/etc. Now some mothers are very hung up on numbers and keeping careful track of there babies nursing habits and for them this might provide some piece of mind. But I think it's wrong push this for the average mom.
