Many new mothers wonder if they should be on a special diet while breastfeeding, but the answer is no. You can take in the same number of calories that you did before becoming pregnant, which helps with weight loss after birth. There are no foods you have to avoid. In fact, you can continue to enjoy the foods that are important to your family — the special meals you know and love.

Unless you consume a very low-calorie diet or consistently eat from a single food group, the quality of your breast milk will stay about the same no matter what you eat.

Here also is a link to an article about things to eat to avoid saggy breasts while breastfeeding.  I know there has been articles saying that nursing does not cause breasts to sag, and in part that is correct, but this article is a pretty good one to explain things:
