So I just saw something somewhere else (won't specify where, but I bet a few of you will figure it out!) where a woman indicated that she WAS planning on breastfeeding, but now because of a heated debate about it, she doesn't want to anymore.
Ummmmm, are you kidding me?

Donor milk could have been very dangerous for my son - no way to know if donor milk was free of all those nasty proteins he is allergic too.
My DD, who at the time was still nursing, began STTN at 7 weeks.
Wouldn't you agree that "since most new moms" don't know how to get to the good bfing info (and that includes me - I had all sorts of bad pumping info, nursing info, inaccurate thoughts the first time around with DD that resulted in our bfing relationship lasting a short 4 months) - that something is wrong, esp. in a society that supposedly tout "Breast is Best".
"If OB gives you "What to Expect When You're Expecting", why would one not read it"
Why is the OB giving a book that has so many inaccuracies in it?
That's ridiculous!
