So I just saw something somewhere else (won't specify where, but I bet a few of you will figure it out!) where a woman indicated that she WAS planning on breastfeeding, but now because of a heated debate about it, she doesn't want to anymore.

Ummmmm, are you kidding me?

"Nice try, Ladies, but while crying in adults isn't "normal", it is in babies "

Yes it is normal in order to summon help.

You do realize that ezzoinfo.com is the website that the Ezzos have to support users of Babywise and the "...Along the ________ Way", Growing Kids Gods Way and Preparation for Parenting, don't you?

Those words;

"This is false. Hunger, not the clock, determines feedings with Babywise>>"

are the official position of Gary and Anne Marie Ezzo. At least they are now.

If I misunderstood just what you were calling double speak, do please let me know.

Your bolding:

<The first is crying as a distress signal. Babies do this, and the result is that loving parents are alerted to their discomfort and feed them or rock them. Likewise, crying is a social signal that may elicit support for others. Additionally, crying has been found to result in significant emotional relief."
