Debate: What do you consider "discrete" NIP?

When someone says that they nurse discretely it usually means different things to different people. I know that for some people, the only way that you could BF discretely is if you did it at home, with the blinds closed. And that some think that every time a mother NIP she strips from the waist up.

Which of the pictures looks like discrete to you? Which row would you personally be comfortable NIP?

The last two I don't think qualify as discreet ie, the playful tandem nursing and both shoulders uncovered. However, if they are at home or by a private pool, then they are discreet enough for me!

The pink stretched sweatshirt is probably the oddest one to me. None of the images make me feel uncomfortable.

I wouldn't be comfortable with it, but honestly I just don't care otherwise. I see women on the beach, who aren't nursing, with very, very little covered up. BF has made breasts look interesting to me, so I would probably look at them at first but not be freaked out about it.

The second row is most similar to how *I* choose to NIP, though the third row isn't bad. I would personally drape a blanket across my opposite shoulder and baby's body to expose less in the middle, but whatever.

Assuming the last picture is at a public pool, it's a bit much for me. Then again, most swimsuits show a little too much for me as well...

Discreet nursing, to me, means that a casual observer can't tell you're nursing. That could be so many different things. I think a "hooter hider" is not discreet because it screams "Yo! Nursing baby under here!"

I feel bad for the baby who's all zipped up in his/her mom's hoodie.

I don't think anyone would be justified in asking her to cover up.

I consider the first six maybe seven pictures discrete. I can't really tell with the seventh one. But the women who have their button up shirts undone seem not discrete to me. and I wouldn't be comfortable doing that. I used a cover to nurse until my son got old enough that he just played with the cover. That said I would never ask another mother to cover up.
