Do most FFing parents know powdered infant formulas are not commercially sterile products? How much of a risk is a E. sakazakii infection? Is it only a risk to premature and low-weight babies? According to the WHO article below, "infants under 2 months of age are at greatest risk."

According to the FDA, "a

It seems Harmony, that both you and the mods failed to challenge it.

Thanks for that - but no it's not that I didn't choose a side, it's that I chose BOTH sides :) And if you give me a minute I'll find a third and a fourth side and belong to those groups too (tube feeders and EPers are so often left out!)

I suppose I should have began my statement with....Without a tested and valid medical reason, I've not seen anyone recommended to be on a Vit D supplement except post-menopausal women. Obviously people with a deficiency are going to be put on a supplement, but it is because they have been tested and found to have a deficiency.

Who's twisting words? I asked if it was possible, and if memory serves me, paranoia wasn't diagnosed but depression was?

<>

I will continue to insist that there is the possibility of at least one person out there that does it for show. Otherwise there would not be a fetish for breastfeeding moms, which there is. Of course, I will probably be insulted for my knowledge of the different kinds of porn, but oh well. At least I know these things.

But your condescending words and mocking/insulting attitude in your post is appreciated.

I think asking someone for reasons why they respect someone is not necessary. I didn't say I don't respect the other side and am growing tired of this "if you don't explain every aspect of what you mean, you will be questioned" business. Just because I say I respect Harmony and don't say "Oh, but I respect all you other ladies too" doesn't mean I don't have respect for everyone else.

Good. Grief. This is the last time I will entertain someone's need to ask questions that aren't needed.
