You are a teacher but are you a psychologist? I'm sorry but only someone that is an expert in psych evals should say those things. And I don't know if many people knew this, but the Columbine incident had been planned for a while. Eric Harris wrote in a journal/blog/diary entry that he was mad because people wouldn't call him. Would you call that being bullied? I would have to say no. Also, he was on Luvox and as most people know, anti-depressants in children (which he was) can cause suicidal and homicidal tendencies. There didn't need to be bullies because he was dreaming these things up in his head.
And yeah, my school had a zero tolerance policy for bullying too. It did nothing. It didn't stop me from being pushed into my locker, pushed into toilets, locked in closets, and other forms of various physical abuse. So just because a school flaunts "zero tolerance" doesn't mean it works.

No! No cliques allowed because with cliques comes exclusion and superiority and then we are back in, high school, no but just no..... I refused to be in a clique then and I shall remain clique-free here......
Hear no cliques.
See no cliques.
Speak no cliques.
