You want me to tell you the model that you are following for your children?

It is wise to question the validity of info posted on a website. That's why I scrolled down and found that the info they cited was obtained in medical, peer reviewed research journals.
Do you discount those as well?
I don't know anyone whose milk is/was tainted and could not bfed.
Holy crap, I looked into it for gits and shiggles and was shocked.

The onus is on PumpkinAngel to find this research, and I look forward to seeing it as well!

Thanks, Steph! I would never have posted it if I didn't think it came from reputable sources. Whether they are good enough for PumpkinAngel is a whole 'nother story, for some reason...
I didn't really find any of the links to be applicable, care to link to the specific ones that you do find applicable?
And yes you were the first one to bring up the tainted milk angle. I simply want to know how common tainted milk is, who decides it's tainted and, in the case of drug abusers, how they can be capable of properly caring for their child while high on drugs. Anything written by a dr or IBCLC of course.

That formula feeding carries no risks.
Care to support that?
Probably not, since it's impossible.

That sounds very Groundskeeper Willy-ish.
It is all so ridiculous to pretend that breastfeeding reduces the risks of illnesses on the AAP's long list *more* than formula feeding does.
