Right now TTC#1. Please, all you mommies out there, please post the best way to surprise your DH that you were pregnant?did you test in the AM and tell him right away or make a special night & surprise him? Want something creative! Have heard of special things to tell DH if boy or girl is expected but what about telling DH you are pregnant? Would love to hear some good ideas!!

Thanks!!

With DS#2, I put the Postive Pregnancy Test in an Envelope, wrapped in a piece of paper that said "Two for Two" (I was lucky to conceive both kids on the first try). I addressed an envelope to him and changed my handwriting completely. I mailed it but didn't but a return address on it.

I still remember what he said when he took in the mail: "What the heck is this, a letter bomb?"!!!!! And I said "Hmmm, I don't know, but don't flatter yourself, you're not important enough to get a letter bomb!" he retorted with "Hey, I'm bombable!" "Nah, you're not bombable" I teased. LOL He was actually a little hesitant to open it.

The look on his face when he saw the PG test was classic. The hardest part was hiding my smile and feigning curiousity while he was wondering what the heck was in the envelope!

Good luck ttc!

How about telling him you're looking forward to BFing? :) I could resist, since this is a BF vs. FF debate board!

I call foul.....coach...she's trying to persuade to her side.....doesn't she have to sit on the sidelines or something until the inning is over?

(ok, I admittingly know NOTHING about sports....do those words and phrases actually exist?)

One of my friends made a small diaper bag with a couple of baby goodies, took it to the florist....attached it to some pink and blue flowers and sent it to her dh at work with a card that said:

"HI Daddy!...I should be here in June and I can't wait to meet you"

I thought it was pretty cute.
