Is there anywhere you feel it is completely inappropriate to nurse in public?

Warm a bottle? Never! Not until at the 1yr birthday we change to whole milk, then we will start warming them up (then I'll start carrying a cooler).

Very confused by this.

Bravo! WRT "comfort zones", I couldn't agree more. Unfortunately, along the way to this bfip freedom, you'll encounter unsupportive women who find your acts disensitive, unpolite, illmannered and unclassy -- to quote some women on this board. My hope is that by the time my dd nurses her children these attitudes are gone.

So asking someone to be discreet and showing common courtesy is wrong? Not in my book. To not be respectful is "unpolite", "ill-mannered", and "unclassy".

By the way, can you show where anyone of us have used the above words in regards to bfip?

Yes, I know. But to express at say 7am & know you won't use it until like 3? I wouldn't want to do THAT. Just me :o)

Maybe if I was going to use by 9am!

bf moms do things as such all the time.

BUT -- since you wouldn't bf, it really doesn't matter...does it?

Sorry. I would NEVER do that. It is just me. If something is suppose to be refrigerated I take it straight from the refrigerator & serve. I would NEVER feel comfortable doing that.

Also want to point out that hard-lined NEVER type of responses are not always the safest course of action.

no idea how to post links and DASHING out the door so i can't slog through and post quotes.

all of these (in this thread) imply that bfip can lack manners
