Here's an seemingly innocent article on a nurse-in at an Applebees. However, if you read the reader comments...boy oh boy! Talk about some ignorant remarks. One of them even equated NIP to smoking! Unbelievable. I thought it would be a good thing to discuss on here, especially since our resident FF/anti-NIP'ers are feeling underrepresented.

BF'ers, be prepared to be astounded.

Lucky you had a child who would take a bottle, not everyone does. And not everyone will respond to a pump, no matter what time of day they try. Besides, why on earth would I want to give up my precious and limited sleep to pump in order to make some total stranger more comfortable? How ridiculous. That means I would have been getting up around 3:30 or so every morning since my oldest woke for the day at 5AM. Not gonna happen.

I also don't have to lift my shirt as far as someone w/ high perky breasts (ie not a lot of belly showing) because my breasts hang down when I "free" them from the bra so to speak.

Good point!
