"Proud Formula Feeder"?

In my playgroup, I've noticed some members have a blinkie I haven't seen before: "Proud Formula Feeder". In the past, I've seen the "Formula Feeding Mom" and "It's formula, not rat poison", but this new one struck me as odd. I can understand simply stating that you formula feed or saying that formula isn't rat poison (because it isn't), but I've been trying to figure out just why someone would be "proud" to FF.
While I don't think that women should necessarily feel guilty about not BF, I don't get what about FF there is to be proud about. Most (or maybe even all) of the women with said blinkie acknowledge that breastmilk is better, so why would they be proud to feed their babies something they know is substandard, even if they couldn't BF and FF was their only choice? What do you ladies think? Is/should there be such a thing as FF pride?

LOL Alex was 10lbs 10oz at birth and 12 lbs at 2 weeks. He was 20lbs at 6 months just like Connor was even though Connor started out at 8lbs 2oz. And even though Alex was 29 inches tall at 6 months he still has chubby little legs, he's 8.5 months now and probably about 22lbs and 30 inches or so we go next week for our 9 month WBV. Neither one had any formula.

Well with a 22 weeker, you are weighing the risk of being a preemie and induction

I think Kevin will be too...we're potty training now, and his "reward" for going on the potty is a jellybean (Five, if he goes #2, which he has yet to do). Last night he said "Okay Mommy, I'll go on the potty...for TWO jellybeans." (And held up his two fingers as if I needed that extra bit) I was like, "uhhhhh, well...you drive a hard bargain there Kev. OK!"

You can hate me, but do it because you know me, not because I’m a member of a group. Anyways, people aren’t grapes --- you can’t weigh them in a bunch, but I guess it’s easier than dealing with people as individuals. There, I’ve solved the riddle of prejudice: it saves time.

I've only got 2 thus far ;-) I couldn't say which is "easier" as they present very different challenges.
#1 I had pegged as an easy baby but in hindsight I think it's more that his needs and my parenting style gelled quite nicely - he needed a lot of cuddling, nursed 45 minutes out of every 90 for the first 6 months at least and wouldn't let me leave the room ever but was basically a happy wee chap. Now he's older he's very sensitive (the smallest hiccough is the end of the world), has a low boredom threshold and is incredibley cautious (he won't try to do anything until he's rehearsed it in his mind a million times over hence walking at 17 months, toilet training at 4 years etc) I suspect he's quite bright but he won't let on half what he knows for fear of being wrong.
#2 was an even easier baby but he's persistant and ambitious. Walked at 10.5 months, climbs everything, thinks he can do everything his brother can and then some, thinks there's no such word as "can't" and he looks like he's going to be a tantrum-thrower!
I spend all day telling one kid to "go for it" while trying to get the other to stop.

Scrapbooking, even though every person I encounter here says that I just *must* try it, to which I politely reply that I already have a 200lb yarn stash (ebay is a wonderful thing) and about 10 large scale cross stitch projects in progress, so I really can't justify beginning any new crafts. Plus, I'm horrible about having pictures printed.
Seriously, there's lots and lots I can't do lol!

""We were rewarding Crispin with Chocolate for pooping independently""
My inner 8 yr old cannot stop giggling at the irony of using chocolate to reward for pooping...
