Just an FYI - the salads there are just as bad - even worse with the dressing added! Look primarily at the sodium content! It is amazing. << I for one think sodium/HFCS in food is worse than fat/calories- JMO>>

thannks for pointing this out!!! though i only have 2 cases of RTE left Then i will be in the mixing w/water scenerio too......

ETA - conc too adds water, which i have used that as well, for 2 months then ran out.....

I won't dispute that - but I didn't specify grilled chicken salad with full fat dressing either ;)


A side salad is fat free, has 10 mg sodim (not much at all) and is a decent source of vitamins A and C.

I know, just wanted to give the facts on their food!! lol
I know people IRL who eat their saladsw/dressing everyday (well 6 OF 7 days lol) and wonder why they still gain weight!!!)
