Moms often ask, "why we can't just all get along?" and I wonder - how could that happen?

What would have to change for that to happen?

Would one side have to give in and admit "defeat"?

Would the formula feeders have to accept that breasteeding support means acknowledging the risks of formula?

Would the breastfeeders have to accept that most women tried their best?

Or is there a middle ground that everyone could accept?

An interesting question.

Not sure. Not entirely sure everyone could. Maybe most though.

It depends what is meant by admitting defeat.

For some, admitting that formula has risks would feel like defeat.
