I ran across an interesting comment on an article (regarding circumcision reducing the spread of HPV) and was wondering what your advice would be to this teen and/or his parents?

My youngest son was adopted from Brazil, where circumcision is rare.

many parents who leave son intact at birth do so to give hin the right to choose.

If, entering puberty, the son expresses desire to be circumcised, then parents should obey theyr principle and allow him the right to choose and get the big snip

My son is now 24, and has never had a problem with the fact that he is "intact".
