A Fathers's Talk with his Son about Infant Circumcision

I'm not sure if I've posted this link here before but I don't think I did. It's an article from the website Restoring Tally, where men are encouraged and aided to 'restore' their foreskins.

But here is a (restoring) dad who speaks of his intact son and the conversation he had with him before his son went on a camping holiday with other boys for the first time in his life.

It's a captivating tale which moved me to tears, touching my heart for its selfless, inspiring content from a father who chose to leave his boy intact with his foreskin, despite his own circumcision as a baby.

It's the epitome of all that 'intact' stands for.

“Well, I would know that they were the ones who got hurt.”

I already had tears in my eyes before I read the end part and the quote above.  Thanks for sharing this.

I'm sorry I'm not on iVillage much, but I always stop by the boards for a bit when I do.
And my siggie is REALLY out of date!! Yikes!

Jessica, it's so good to see you post again here! But we have seen each other on other website circumcision forums from time to time.

And of course I agree with you wholeheartedly about that father's wonderful story. A dad in a million to be sure!

Hey, get your siggy sorted then! I'm intrigued...
