Controversial Gun Control Ads
Thu, 04-18-2013 - 9:08am

In a series of thought-provoking ads called "Choose One," the grassroots group Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America shared juxtaposed images of a child holding an assault rifle with one holding an everyday object that has, at one time or another, been banned as hazardous to children. The first ad shows a child holding the book Little Red Riding Hood, removed by two California schools because the main character was bringing her grandmother wine. Another shows a child holding a dodgeball, which was outlawed in a New Hampshire school. Founder Shannon Watts told HuffPost Parents: "We wanted our ads to reflect the absurdity of our country's current lax laws and weak regulation of guns. This is not the time to be pragmatic -- after the Sandy Hook Elementary tragedy, it's time to sound the alarm."

What's absurd it the left's near constant assault on the Constitution...especially with their near constant insipid arguments trying to attack the GUARANTEEN rights of others...pathetic...and KNOWING that they'll do NOTHING to actually FIX the problem.  That speaks to the REAL liberal agenda.

The absurb is many people do not know about the constitution.  The want to ban anything someone says is bad.  Not realizing these have been around all along.  Projecting fear instead of courage.
