i totally missed this. not that it did not occur as an ad - i just never saw it or heard it. but why would his physical injuries make it difficult to use the internet? i have *spoken* to paraplegics that are on the internet daily.
and yes i would consider that mud-slinging.
which gets to my second thought: maybe your observation has to do with differing definitions.
if Candidate A criticizes Candidate B on his policies with accurate figure, i don't think of that as mud-slinging. but if Candidate A takes an irrelevant but emotional half truth and distorts it to a) make Candidate B look like a villain and b) detract from the real issues that should matter in an election, then i think of that as mud-slinging. character assassination. smear.
there is a gray area - distortion of figures from policies ("her package will require a tax increase of a bajillion dollars"). not sure where i put that.
how do you define it?

edit: oh look - i typed too slow and someone already discussed this.
Facts support he can't bc of injuries related to his POW beatings and torture.>>
Huh, I missed that; I guess I'm not properly plugged into the liberal bias machine. If true, it does make me wonder: he really IS that impaired, how could he possibly be president???

Again, no one was addressing Hillary Clinton.
