I think you meant absurd.

Religion is a perfectly acceptable reason for a person to choose to vote one way or another.

The GOVERNMENT has no right, or place, to impose religion on anyone.

You appear to be quite intelligent so I'm sure you can find ways of saying what you mean without being offensive at the same time.

>>I can’t vote black because I am black. I have to vote Christian because thats who I am. Christian first, black second. Neither should anyone from the other ethnic groups vote because of ethnicity. 200 years from now I wont be asked if I was black or white. I will be asked if I know Jesus and accepted him as Lord and savior.

In an election there are many issues to consider but when a society gets abortion, same-sex marriage, embryonic stem-cell research, human cloning to name a few wrong economic concerns will soon not matter. <<

If he had left it there I would have had some respect for him, instead he delved into the lies, mistruths and other propaganda the GOP spouts. I didn't see much about religion coming into play.

I'll also point out the the OP did start of with an assault. The following is a reversal of her statement:

"First and foremost I am an atheist, if that offends you, I'm sorry. But that's who I am."

It presumes prejudice. KWIM?

I see what you mean, but I didn't read it that way.
