Beck on God, Blood & Goldline

I'm particularly interested in this, starting just before minute 3 and to the end.
Is this common for him, to use politics (incl. MLK text), religion, and fear to sell products? ie. If God isn't put at the centre of the US, it will become awash in blood. And if you believe in God, consider buying gold from Goldline?

Like some, I have no bubble to burst (I don't live in one), so don't worry.
Beck is an opinion guy..he gives commentary....He doesn't report the news, so I am not sure how one goes about considering his opinion a lie...but whatever.

Isn't that exactly what is being directed toward people who don't agree with Beck (judging other people and ascribing all sorts of reasons to them why they feel the way they do about Beck...none of it correct, I might add, as has been pointed out innumerable times on this very thread)?

When one takes a known fact, puts a spin on it and repackages it as truth (that doesn't resemble the original fact), that would be lying, not an opinion, but an out and out lie. He does it with history all the time.
I'm going to go with not at all.
No, absolutely not............here's what's going on......Beck had a rally about restoring values and honoring the military and some other honorable people. Some of us appreciate the positive message and have stated that. Some do not appreciate the message or the messenger, as THEY have stated. I am not judging anyone. I am taking them at their word. I have concluded that most can not see the good in the rally because of their despise
Sorry, I watch and listen to him often and I can not concur.....

I'm sooo gratified to see how this offshoot of debate has resloved itself in such a nice and respectful way.
I must stop posting now and get some work done.
