Did Joe Biden say a specific year that FDR spoke on TV? He might not have been speaking literally. Well then, the economy took years to recover. Anywho, let me address this sad attempt to find a gaffe...lol. I read Chuck's response to Joe asking him to stand up, and he was totally gracious about it. Chuck was glad that Joe saw him as a man...not a physically challenged man.

People love Joe. And that's because he is heads above Sarah as a VP choice. He didn't make gaffes, except when he said she was better looking than him. lol. Her insides are so vacant that it is difficult to appreciate her exterior looks. However, in terms of knowing what to say, let alone what to do, Sarah needs to go back to Alaska and study.

Sarah and John McCain have enough gaffes between the two of them to keep comedians busy for a long time. lol. And speaking of old news. John McCain helped create this deregulated mess, and now he is trying to interrupt it's correction. Now, that's a real gaffe!

So, John McCain says FDR, great depression, radio instead of TV, but is he copying Joe? lol. How did he go from Vietnam to the Great depression? Guilty conscience maybe?

((McCain: Yeah. the Vietnam War. "The light is at the end of the tunnel," and it turned out to be a train. I think one of the reasons why America came out of the Great Depression is that Franklin Delano Roosevelt went on the radio all the time and had the fireside chats and said "here's what we're facing but here's what we're going to do." And every time the great presidents including some I really admire have not told the American people the complete truth, then they've paid a price for it. ))
