Born Alive Infant Protection Act

Any Obama supporters, please help me understand why you can support a man who voted 4 times against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act. Google it yourself b/c everytime I post a link to info people tell me it's not a credible source - you pick the source and read about it. It all will tell you that Obama voted against this bill - which is only trying to save babies who are born alive during a partial birth abortion. Why isn't this considered murder? He says he doesn't want to push 'faith' or religion on someone and make the choice to let their baby live in this circumstance but I don't care what religion you are, (even atheist) no one is allowed to commit murder. They can give the baby up for adoption.
By the way, don't

This has already been addressed numerous times. There was already a law in Illinois that protected "born alive" infants.

I also wanted to add another peice of information that's often overlooked -
In addition to its lack of clarity on the subject of its protection, the Illinois Liability Act is distinct from the federal Born Alive Act in another respect that ought to concern conservatives. The Born Alive Act requires that a child born after a failed abortion be treated like every other child under existing laws. The Liability Act, by contrast, would authorize a parent or guardian to bring a lawsuit against a doctor or hospital for failing to take care of the child that survived the failed abortion. Stated differently, the Liability Act would create a new cause of action for money damages.

I'm really not being snotty but just would like to know.
1. Who determines if the infant is viable?
2. Who pays the bills for the care of the infant?
3. Who owns the infant?
4. Does the mother have to put her name of the birth certificate?
5. Can the mother be guaranteed that the child will never come looking for her?
6. Does the father if he is a rapist have a right to the child?
7. Can the father if is is a rapist demand child support payment from the mother?
I'm sorry but I don't know the answers to your questions, I was just posting the information regarding the law. If you would like to know more about the law in Illinois then I would suggest either researching it or else contacting an Illinois lawyer.
