When did this air? Was it before the "no" vote on Monday or after? Because before the no vote, the most vocal constituents wanted congress to vote no. After the bill failed in the house, the more vocal contingent became those angry about the "no" vote.
Is O'Reilly showing courage, or is he going with the tide? Is he calling out the hypocrites, or just nailing the competition?
I have watched O'Reilly very little, but I do think he is more arrogant than evil. He also seems a bit more rational on his radio show than TV. But, I've only heard a little (call in shows, unless about gardening or pet health, make me very uncomfortable).
