I can't get the title to all fit. I wanted to say "Some house Dems call for nationalizing oil refineries" I heard about it on tv today.

You know what I meant. I'm not trying to get into the intricacies of the market...but even the most idiotic of people have to know that a notion as ridiculous as nationalizing refineries would move the market in one way or another.
