Democrats have screwed up priorities

i dont get it.
I was reading today about Obama's short term agenda and three things that came up were
1) stop plans to drill for oil in environmentally fragile areas
2) stop the ban on funding of abortion aid in other countries
3) stop ban on stem cell creation and subsequent destroying for research purposes.
WHAT??????
why is the environment and/or animals more important that unborn babies?
many times the liberal agenda is more for the rights of everything EXCEPT unborn kid, eg: baby animals, people on death row, gay rights, etc.
I am not against the rights of those i just listed, i would just include unborn children too, right?? it seems like strange priorities, or hypocritical.

pardon me for being dense, but every definition of 'class' ive ever studied regarding society has included income to some extent... what definition of class are you referring to that is deems income irrelevant?
the way i interpret it from you usage... id equate it with 'nonclassy' 'lack of etiquette' and 'rude' and "immoral"

mmm, i want to agree that it is silly for anyone to have interpreted her post that way... but given some of her other statements... i unfortunately think it was a pretty realistic reading, imo. i dont know if she is as truly hateful as she comes across...if not she needs to edit her posts more cautiously.

mmm, maybe...but if i were a betting woman, i'd risk it all that the answer is no. i never took issue with the suggestion that drug dealers are in the lower class. what i took offense to is the implication that the lower class and the drug dealers are unworthy of compassion...and the fact that i was told i want to kill babies.
eta: 'immoral'

Yep, those were my issues too.
I'm perfectly capable of judging people based on my own moral compass. But I also recognize that there are factors that I can't possibly know about or understand which could very easily change my judgment of that person.
And I didn't ask you for statistics. You said that you had research on the virtue of drug dealers. I was simply asking to see it.
I just don't like the whole aspect of pretending it was all done for the sake of the baby.
And I don't like the whole aspect of lumping every woman who decides to abort into the category of "convenience," regardless of her specific circumstances. But that's just one woman's opinion.
I disagree with you, but I'm pretty sure
Yes, what you just said.

I've never been to a funeral for a miscarriage.
