Do you think it's at all odd that the woman who screeches about the Fairness Doctrine will not allow lights and/or cameras in the House of Representatives?

I'm just sayin...

If there is some serious enforcement included, I might consider that.

That's a really good point. With China and India rising rapidly in their fuel usage, and less restrictions on environmental pollutants, there are some serious problems on the horizon. I guess not even on the horizon, but here now. Have you seen the pollution in Beijing? And that's after months of counter-efforts to get it cleaned up for the Olympics.

There needs to be some serious changes away from oil, in many forms. Gas being the most important I think.

The companies selling oil won't because they have a product to sell and they get their profits from that.

How are you going to force a company to do something when the product is in high demand worldwide, they will just sell elsewhere.

I agree.. I didn't think they had any reason to apologize. It is what it is.. and it was horribly hazy out.

I guess the reason that they were made to apologize is because they wore them through the airport which has clean air and didn't wait until they were outdoors to put them on.
