It was obvious it was part of a saying. Not that you told shell to top an insult. Hey, maybe it's a diversion tactic.

@sweetlyfe ~ It's a fine line, isn't it? One cannot come to this (or any) board and say "Well that XYZMember sure is a jerk." but if an honest conversation is happening between the parties involved, then I don't really mind allowing them to carry on that conversation. All parties involved do need to be conscientious and 1) not take it too far and 2) remember that this is a debate board about politics. I can see why threads get off track for various reasons sometimes and I do try to allow it to a degree, but there comes a time when we need to refocus and get back on track.

I think we can all agree that having a mature and honest debate about politics is much more fun than nit-picking at each other.

@All The posts that are not on topic are not needed because it clutters up the board with pages of random nonsense that has absolutely nothing to do with politics or the topic at hand. It's a debate board for politics. That's why this is here. It's not about TOS violations yet, though discussions of this nature tend to go in that direction. It's asking people to discuss.....I don't know...POLITICS...instead of something silly and pointless. But I see the words from Kellie and I both are being summarily ignored as people find this conversation far more interesting. So one more time....I would ask that we get back on topic, not that anyone cares to do so.

Actually, I bet a lot of people would like it to go back on topic.
