I agree both candidates should propose war bonds, but that's not what I asked.
Why would it make me happy to have someone else pay for a war I don't support.
Does that mean you don't truly believe the rich should do their "patriotic duty" and pay higher taxes just for the sake of paying higher taxes?

my initial response is that i would not support his plan. for starters i never supported this war and i want it to end asap. and i also believe that obama's tax credits will end up being a good thing for the economy.

If you believe the wealthy should pay higher taxes, they should pay higher taxes just for the sake of it, not because you think their money is going to a good cause
