If I'm understanding McCain's plan properly then it's not the bank that loses the 200k, it's the government and the taxpayers.

but in comparison, here the tax payer loses $200K, where per BO's plan the taxpayer would lose $500k by my example.

I'm sorry, I've got a lot going on here so forgive me if I'm not completely following. What example are you referring to and how exactly does the taxpayer lose $500k with Obama's plan?
