The polls are tightening even though they've showed Obama ahead for a few weeks.
But I think McCain just might pull it off.

I know he put his birth certificate out there. But the problem that a lot of people have with it is they think it's fake. I'm not saying that I think it's fake. I'm just saying, why seal the original, if it isn't? Why give the conspiracy theorists more for their fire?
And as far as the piece in the huffington post, come on! It's exactly what I said I don't believe. I don't believe he can say that he went to that church for 20 years and knew the man privately besides, and was unaware these statements ever got made. Further, it took him a long time to say that, didn't it? First, he defended Rev. Wright's views, and said he couldn't denounce him anymore than he could denounce his racist white grandmother.

I think that if McCain wins it will partly because Obama was not forthcoming enough with information about WHO Obama really is....what he really believes in and why he has met and mingled

I can't vote for Obama because I don't know who he really is.
If you can really watch someone campaign for 2 years and have everything about their life be disected and still not know "who he really is," then you have your mind made up and nobody can change your opinion.
I don't think that's fair of all McCain supporters. I'm a big McCain supporter and I have many reasons for supporting him. But, I end up spending all

I think if you compared Sen Obama to Sen McCain you might have a clearer picture on the present/yes/no ratio.

"I can't vote for Obama because I don't know who he really is."
Have you gone out and investigated him?
I think what she's saying is that it's hard to get a read on who the man really is. You can't tell from a campaign, especially not one that's highly focused on speeches. I haven't seen Obama being asked tough questions, because everyone in the media is for him. And everytime I hear him speak, even in the debates, he uses a lot of words and doesn't say anything.
So yes, I too have trouble figuring out who he is and what he really
Do you every aspect of the pastor/priest of your church?
"I'll turn the coin around on you- it has been my experience during this campaign that Obama supporters are incapable of understanding why someone wouldn't support him. They always seem tosttribute it to something stupid, like racism, instead of believing that people would either like someone else better, or not like his ideas."
You are really generalizing here.
-You're not saying that you're voting for McCain b/c of his character, judgement and candor, you saying that your voting against Obama b/c of his. -
Actually for me it is a combination of both _
