The polls are tightening even though they've showed Obama ahead for a few weeks.

But I think McCain just might pull it off.

thanks for posting...the more and more I live on the site the more I learn about both candidates. (McCain racial slur)

I personally think that McCain and Bush have a similarity...they don't pause to think, they don't have high tolerance to issues they disagree with, they both seem very impulsive, and possible unstable (POW). I think unstability is riskier than inexperience...you can learn and surround yourself with great people to advise you, but only meds will make one more stable.

Sigh.

John McCain-- who also knew he was a natural born citizen, obviously-- asked Congress to declare that he was in fact a natural born citizen. They didn't make him a citizen- they just said, yes you were born in Panama, but you're a citizen.

Obama could have done the same thing when Berg filed the lawsuit. Berg- a Clinton supporter, by the way, not a Republican- accused Obama of being born in Kenya, saying his own family in Kenya claim to have witnesed Obama's birth. Instead of saying "This is a ridiculous accusation, and here's proof" he just doesn't answer.

Now, this is the same

McCain says he ahtes gooks, and even when told how offensive that is to asians, he refuises to change terminology or temper the sentiment.

Oh, how I do hate to defend John McCain, but from what I read quite awhile back, McCain was using g**k to describe his captors and only his captors and he said he would not apologize for that.

"where there were 100,000+ people at Obama's recent rally (compared to 4,000 at McCain's), it is easy to forget that there is a very large population of people in America who are very conservative, and fear *real* change in our government.
